Precision Rim Fire

Precision Rimfire stands as one of the fastest-growing gun sports in America, offering enthusiasts an exhilarating opportunity to test their marksmanship with .22 caliber rifles. Join us every Thursday evening for bench rest matches starting promptly at 6 PM, held at our 100-yard range. We adhere to the IBS rules with a local twist, ensuring an engaging experience for all participants.

Event Details:

Practice/Warm-up: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Match Start: 6:00 PM
Capacity: Up to 48 shooters
Pricing: $15 for SCFC members, $25 for non-members per night
Target Setup: Customized IBS targets featuring 10 scored bulls and 1 practice bull
Relay Structure: Timed across up to 6 relays, contingent on the number of shooters
Categories: Participants compete in three categories: Factory, Custom, and Unlimited. Highly recommend subsonic ammo.
Awards: Recognition awarded at the culmination of each 7-week segment (best 6 scores out of 7)
Season Duration: Shooting commences May 9th (rain or shine) and runs through October
Accessibility: Precision Rimfire welcomes newcomers with its ease of entry, requiring virtually no prior experience and boasting a low barrier to entry expense.
